The spectacular north Cornish coast and Newquay with its busy harbour, cliff paths and shops are only a few miles away and visitors are assured of a warm welcome.
Approached from a small lane with its own garden and patio-area, Basil Cottage is attached to the Owner’s farmhouse. The front door leads into the open plan living-room, with a very comfortable sitting-area, whilst the cream Shaker-style kitchen is well-equipped for all your needs if you are self catering in cornwall.
Upstairs, the galleried landing leads into the pretty master bedroom with superb 6ft zip n link bed, the twin bedroom and the family bathroom (please be aware of eaved ceilings).
